How our work is featured

In his article Roger Hunt gives some insights into the history of timber frames and guidance on how to clean, repair and conserve them. He also discusses the causes of decay and how best to avoid it. There are several pictures of Charlton Court Barn, a substantial 16th Century barn restored by Carpenter Oak & Woodland back in 1993, including some interesting repair detail.
