How our work is featured

Illustrated with black and white and colour photographs as well as floor plans this article takes the reader through the planning and building of St. Dominics Oratory in Sway, near Lymington, Hampshire. The Dominican Sisters had seen an article in the May 1996 issue of Church Building about the chapel at Elmore near Newbury, also built by Carpenter Oak & Woodland and were particularly impressed by it. As they had been unable to create suitable space for a chapel in the main house they decided on a separate building and planning permission was granted in 2000.
