How our work is featured

The market of sustainability self build has fiercely grown in demand for expert advice and technical detail. Sustainability is a lifestyle choice and in a climate of green and clean, social responsibility and designer chic, the sustainable choices are extended to the materials that are used for the home. Timber is the only renewable commercial building material therefore making “wood is good”. In an interview called “Organic Mechanics” with Andy Parker, Commercial Director for Carpenter Oak and Woodland he explains the many properties of green oak have over other timber species and how particularly durable green oak timber frames are especially when exposed to the elements.
